Akros support

Start with the exact problem.

Tell us what happened, which screen you were on, and your iOS version. Do not email a lab report or other health data.

Sign in with Apple

Use the same Apple Account you used previously. If sign-in fails, close and reopen Akros, confirm that your network is available, and try again. Guest access is separate from a signed-in account and does not restore a subscription by itself.

Apple Health permissions

Open the Health app, tap your profile, then Apps and Services, Akros. You can grant or revoke each category independently. Akros reads only categories you approve and never writes data to Apple Health.

Lab PDF import

Select a PDF no larger than 10 MB. Image files and scans saved only as photos are not accepted. Keep Akros open while the upload begins; processing continues asynchronously. A failed normalization does not consume the included first import.

Unexpected lab values

Akros may misread a value or unit. Compare every normalized value with the original report before relying on it. Akros does not diagnose or interpret a result as medical advice. Contact your clinician for medical questions.

Subscription or trial

Akros purchases are handled by Apple. In Akros, open Settings and choose Manage Subscription. You can also use iOS Settings, Apple Account, Subscriptions. Apple determines trial eligibility and shows the exact renewal date before purchase.

Restore purchases

Sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, open Akros Settings, and choose Restore Purchases. Keep a network connection active. If access still does not return, include the product name and purchase date in your support email, but never send a receipt containing sensitive details.

Refunds

Apple controls App Store refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the Akros purchase. We cannot issue an App Store refund directly.

Export or delete your account

Open Akros Settings to request an export or start account deletion. Deletion has a 30-day recovery window. Signing in again during that window restores the account; after the window, Akros purges the account data.
